Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
For Washington, Nevada and Connecticut residents. This policy explains how Ask Earl LLC, which runs Hersider, handles consumer health data. It adds to our Privacy Policy at hersider.com/privacy.
What we collect
When you chat with Hersider's AI characters, you may share information about your sexual health, sexual activity, mental health or physical fitness. Under some state laws this is "consumer health data". We collect it only from what you type to our characters and only if you choose to share it.
Why
Only to provide the coaching you ask for: to write the character's replies, to let her remember your situation, and to keep you safe (for example, to show crisis resources).
Who we share it with
Our service providers that run the chat: Anthropic (writes replies and runs safety checks), Supabase (stores memory notes and recent messages), and our website host. We never sell consumer health data and never use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, see it, get the list of everyone we shared it with, delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email hello@hersider.com or use "Forget what she knows about me" in the chat. We respond within 45 days. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer; we'll respond to the appeal within 45 days, and you can contact your state Attorney General.
Consent
We collect consumer health data only with your consent. Before your first message, the age check tells you that by continuing you agree to this policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@hersider.com or using "Forget what she knows about me", and we will then delete what we hold.
